FynHub is a web application that helps authorized internal operators monitor and manage Google Ads campaigns used by our own business operations.
Users connect advertising accounts they already control to review performance, pause or enable campaigns, update daily budgets, and keep an audit history. FynHub is an independent application and is not a Google product.
App purpose of FynHub
FynHub is an internal web application for authorized operators and contractors working on our own advertising operations. Users sign in with Google, connect accounts they are authorized to manage, review campaign metrics, and manage campaigns.
FynHub application functionality:
- Google sign-in for authorized operators
- Connect Google Ads accounts using OAuth
- List and switch between accessible Google Ads accounts
- Monitor campaigns and metrics (cost, clicks, conversions, CPA, ROAS)
- Pause or enable campaigns
- Update daily campaign budgets
- Store an audit log of management actions in FynHub

Why FynHub requests Google user data
FynHub requests Google sign-in and Google Ads access so an authorized user can authenticate, connect advertising accounts they already control, and use the campaign monitoring and management features described on this page.
FynHub uses Google user data only to:
- Authenticate the user and maintain a secure session
- Identify the Google Ads accounts the user can access
- Read campaign and performance data for display inside FynHub
- Apply actions explicitly requested by the user, such as pausing or enabling campaigns and updating daily budgets
- Store encrypted connection tokens and an audit history of management actions
FynHub does not sell Google user data and does not use Google user data for advertising. Users can revoke access through their Google Account permissions.
